ADG (Architectural Design Group) was established in Dubai September 2004 and merged in 2011 with Pax-Kent International LLC that was established in 1980, to be able to undertake Architectural, Structural, MEP and Construction Management projects of any size.
Our Construction Management and Consultancy Services have, in close cooperation with clients, developed, villas, purpose-built offices, distribution centers, cold stores and factories, located from Athens to Jakarta with a concentration in UAE. Our strength is to design buildings with energy saving properties i.e. solar powered A/C, thermal storage, recycling of waste water, etc to achieve low operation costs and long life span. Some of our buildings have earned Platinum LEED accreditation and one was voted “the best industrial building in the MENA region 2010”.
We have successfully carried out Turn-Key construction of industries, cold stores and distribution centers across the region for different Multi National Companies.
Our MEP and Structural Division collaborate with Other Project Management Firms and undertake MEP and Structural Design services for specialized Projects.
